(1) Peder Larsen Park, located in the northeast section of town, offers plenty of family activities to enjoy all year round! A swimming pool, volleyball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, camping pads with electrical hookups, horseshoe pits and a multi purpose court/ice skating rink. We even have Goofy Golf!

Centerville sports revolve around school activities and are a sure fire way to keep your agenda packed. (2) The Centerville School has two gymnasiums and offers just about every sport there is such as football, boys and girls basketball, volleyball, boys and girls track, golf and cross country.

(3) The Stan Schmiedt Athletic Complex, north of Peder Larsen Park, has a football field and paved running track and serves as a training center for all school sports. Nearby (4) Pascale Field has two baseball diamonds.

(5) Gunderson Park, located in the northwest section of town, has been a gathering place for local town folk for the last 100 years! It offers primitive camping, fishing, boating, rafting, canoeing, a hiking trail and ice skating in the winter.

Outside of school, there are plenty of activities as well. Just take a look at what we have to offer. Centerville boasts an outstanding (6) Museum maintained by longtime resident Sherree Schmiedt. A downtown (7) Community Garden outfitted with park benches offers a quiet place to reflect and enjoy nature. Or you could bowl a few frames at (8) Up D's Alley Sports Bar and Lanes. And if sports aren't for you, Centerville has taken great pride in the accomplishments of their arts program.
