Centerville is dedicated to providing quality housing for individuals and families of all sizes and income levels.  We have worked hard to ensure that the historic integrity of our older homes is preserved as well as create new housing opportunities. 

In 2013, Centerville commissioned a full scale housing study to determine the best possible plans for future development. You can read the results of that study below and view some of our most recent projects as well.
